The legal situation in Argentina

Argentina is not on Hyperliquid's restricted list. Virtual asset service providers (PSAVs) must register with the CNV, and General Resolution 1172/2026 (published 15 October 2026) updated those rules. Foreign firms with an .ar domain or more than 20% local volume must register, while decentralised protocols without human or legal control are excluded. We found no CNV action naming Hyperliquid.
