The legal situation in Chile
Chile is not on Hyperliquid's restricted list. The Fintech Law (Law 21.521, published 4 January 2023) defines crypto assets and requires providers of certain financial services, such as intermediation and custody, to register with the CMF. On 12 June 2026 the CMF stressed that registration is not the same as authorisation. We found no rule on crypto derivatives for retail and no action naming Hyperliquid.
