The legal situation in Indonesia
Indonesia is not on Hyperliquid's restricted list. Crypto trading is legal only through OJK-licensed entities, and authorities have blocked websites and social-media accounts of unlicensed foreign exchanges since 2022. OJK Regulation 23/2025 (December 2025) created a framework for licensed crypto derivatives, and licensed futures products launched in 2026. We found no block or warning naming Hyperliquid.
